At regular intervals determined by the parameter
species_count_export_period, summary information
about the species currently in the population is written to the file
concentrations.dat. This file has a two-line header which
is required by the actiview
program.9.1 Subsequent lines of the file are of
the format:
TimeSliceNumber: Species1-ID Species1-Number;Species2-ID
Species2-Number; ...
;SpeciesN-ID SpeciesN-Number;
where SpeciesN-Number is the number of
individuals of genotype SpeciesN-ID in the population at
time slice TimeSliceNumber.
